  The full-casing drill rig, also known as the Benoto drill rig, is a new type of environmentally friendly and highly efficient drilling equipment integrating mechanical, hydraulic and electrical control. The equipment is mainly used for foundation construction such as urban subways, deep foundation retaining secant piles and full-casing bored cast-in-place piles, and the removal of underground obstacles (such as abandoned pile bodies). Because it offers many advantages such as high driving force, high construction efficiency, low vibration, low noise, no need for mud slurry wall protection, no need for high-voltage power supply, and strong adaptability to various types of soil layers, it has been widely used abroad and in recent years has also been widely applied in urban construction in China's coastal regions.

  This product belongs to an entirely new product field. Only one small enterprise in China is engaged in it, and other products on the market are all imported second-hand equipment, so there are very few resources for reference. At the same time, the equipment has a high degree of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration and a high degree of control technology integration, so research and development are relatively difficult. After receiving the R&D task, the Foundation Engineering Technology Department, together with the Control Technology Research Institute and the CAE Room, quickly formed a 10-person R&D team. Taking construction methods as the research foundation, through full investigation of benchmark products and competitors' products and in-depth research on their core technologies, and through the concerted efforts of the project team members, the drawing design was completed and production was smoothly put into operation at the end of May. Its two core technical contents respectively obtained a national invention patent and a utility model patent. In order to bring the product to market as soon as possible and create economic benefits for the company, with the full cooperation of the technology, production, supply, assembly and other departments, all kinds of difficulties were overcome, and rest time such as weekends and the high-temperature holiday was given up. The first YTCR200 full-casing drill rig finally rolled off the production line smoothly at the end of October.
