'Promotion and Publicity'

 

1. This exhibition will adopt an international, professional, and branded operation model. The organizers will focus on inviting key industrial manufacturing enterprises, research institutions, and related equipment demand units from within the province and surrounding Shandong, Henan, Anhui, etc. to form delegations to exhibit and visit.

 

2. The Xuzhou Municipal Government will issue documents to organize relevant large enterprises and institutions, foreign-invested enterprises, and key units under construction, reconstruction, or expansion in the city to visit, with a focus on inviting heads of construction machinery, energy, metallurgy, chemical, and machinery manufacturing enterprises for exchanges and negotiations.

 

3. The organizing committee will arrange product promotion presentations and negotiations with key customers. Through the strong enterprise database of the information department of the organizing committee, 100,000 visitor tickets will be sent to industrial and mining enterprises and related units, research units, design institutes, and agents/distributors nationwide. According to exhibitor requirements, dedicated personnel will be sent to organize decision-makers of procurement departments of key reconstruction, expansion, and construction projects and power units in the city and surrounding provinces to come for procurement negotiations.

 

4. According to exhibitor requirements, arrange negotiations with key users. Exhibitors can also provide a list of key customers for the organizing committee to invite uniformly, and organize the provision of the latest market information and conditions of relevant industrial sectors in Jiangsu.

 

5. Publish information through TV, radio, newspapers, bus advertisements, outdoor billboards, professional websites and magazines, letters, FAX, E-mail, and carefully organize reports and systematic publicity.

 

'Exhibitor Registration Procedure'

 

1. Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and fax or mail it to the organizing committee after affixing the official seal, along with a 300-word company profile.

 

2. After registering according to the number and area of booths applied for, pay the booth fee to the organizing committee within 7 days and confirm the booth. Overdue, the organizing committee has the right to adjust the booth.

 

3. The organizing committee determines booths on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement." The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust a small number of booths. The booth location is subject to the "Booth Confirmation" issued by the organizing committee.

 

4. Within one month before the exhibition, the organizing committee will fax the "Notice of Participation" and "Exhibitor Manual."
