　　XCMG roadheaders recorded sales of nearly 100 million yuan last year and also entered influential large coal mining groups, with their brand influence gradually drawing peer attention; in particular, multiple roadheaders were used in tunnel construction for the first time, breaking through the limitations and bottlenecks of the shield method and drill-and-blast excavation, initially demonstrating the advantages of roadheaders in tunnel construction—safe, reliable, flexible and efficient—and opening up a new market for roadheaders. However, their market share within the industry remains relatively low, with huge potential and room for development. This year the company will devote itself to developing and manufacturing complete sets of fully mechanized mining equipment such as tunnel boring machines and coal shearers. Seizing the excellent opportunity of China's booming infrastructure construction, it will target tunnel projects in railway, highway, power and water conservancy construction, and fully leverage XCMG's successful experience and outstanding advantages in the equipment manufacturing field to add another golden touch to XCMG.
