Herrenknecht Direct Pipe Technology Applied for the First Time in Canada

　　[加拿大邦尼维尔(Bonnyville)/德国Schwanau，2013年12月9日]直接铺管设备的操作手Wes Lingerfelt 对现场驾轻就熟，他说：“为了使该工程完成地更快更有效率，我们的机器每周工作七天。”该设备是加拿大承建公司 Michels Canada 为了完成阿尔伯塔省比弗河的管道穿越从海瑞克采购的。该穿越项目管道直径为42英寸(1067mm，双层FBE涂层)，穿越长度340米，入土角4度，出土角8度，穿越深度在河床下5米。工程从2013年8月24日始发至9月8日接收，仅用13天完成。Wes Lingerfelt 被这项技术所震撼，“我们获得了最佳日进尺68米的惊人成绩。”

　　此次直接铺管技术在加拿大首次穿越比弗河，表现出色。Michels Canada 公司的非开挖穿越项目经理Patrick O'Donoghue说：“直接铺管技术在北美获得了越来越多非开挖领域专家的关注，我们希望能够完成更多的优质工程。”

　　比弗河管道穿越工程是阿尔伯塔省La Corey和Hardisty之间总长240公里的管道工程（Cold Lake Pipeline）的延伸部分。项目业主Inter Pipeline Limited正在扩大Cold Lake地区油砂沥青的输送能力。

　　海瑞克研发的直接铺管（Direct Pipe®）技术结合了小型隧道掘进设备与水平定向钻进设备的技术优势。成品管道的安装和钻孔一步完成，可以快速而经济地安装长度超过1500米的管道。到目前为止，在德国、英国、意大利、荷兰、泰国和美国等地已经有35个项目成功应用了直接铺管技术。
