Those who make unreasonable demands, debtors who act like lords, brothers turning against each other, numerous disputes and conflicts, and retaliation using construction machinery—sadly, there are always people who have lost their humanity, and tragedies keep happening.

　　Two brothers used an excavator to crush a creditor to death in a car

　　In May 2011, Jiang Xuechang, the village committee director of Shiping Village, Huitian Town, Xiangxiang City, invited Wei Xinzhao and others to jointly open the Jinqiao Quarry. Later, seeing that the quarry business was good, Jiang Xuechang forced Wei Xinzhao and others to withdraw their shares, converting Wei's 2.25 million yuan in share capital into a loan, with an agreement to repay the principal and interest monthly.

　　Because the repayment was long overdue, on the morning of November 3, 2012, Wei Xinzhao, his wife Liao Qiuying, and partner shareholder Hu Dongyang drove to the quarry to demand payment from Jiang Xuechang. A dispute broke out and they called the police. At around 11 a.m., police officers Zhang Dingle and Zhu Haibo from the Huitian Police Station of the Xiangxiang Public Security Bureau rushed to the scene to mediate.

　　During this period, Jiang Xuechang's two sons, Jiang Hui and Jiang Xing, were called back by phone from outside. After the elder son Jiang Hui returned, he drove an excavator to dig up the road to prevent Wei Xinzhao and others from leaving.

　　What Wei Xinzhao and his wife never expected was that just as they drove about 20 meters following the police, Jiang Hui and Jiang Xing respectively drove an excavator and a loader and charged at them crazily. First, Jiang Xing drove the loader, overturned Wei's new Audi Q5 SUV and rammed it multiple times. Then Jiang Hui immediately drove the excavator and used the bucket to smash the cab of the overturned car dozens of times.

　　In an instant, the Audi was smashed into a "twisted knot." Wei Xinzhao and partner Hu Dongyang, who was sitting in the passenger seat, were trapped in the car, unable to move, and Liao Qiuying, sitting in the back seat, was immediately covered in blood. When Liao Qiuying shouted "Help!" while trying to climb out of the car, a migrant worker at the scene, Zeng, rushed over to try to pull her out, but Jiang Hui, while yelling, drove the excavator again and violently dug at the car body, causing Liao Qiuying's death on the spot.

Jiang Hui and Jiang Xing not only ignored them but forcefully threw the police officers Zhu Haibo and Zhang Dingle off, injuring Zhu Haibo's left foot. After committing the crime, Jiang Hui and Jiang Xing quickly fled the scene. It was not until 8 days later that the Jiang brothers surrendered.

　　Younger brother drove an excavator to crush his elder brother to death over a vegetable plot

　　At around 7 a.m. on January 11, 2014, in Tangbian Village, Neicuo Town, Xiang'an, Xiamen, two brothers quarreled over land. In a fit of rage, the younger brother drove his own excavator and crushed his elder brother to death on the spot.

　　At around 7 a.m. on the 11th, 57-year-old Old Song loaded a water pump onto his motorcycle to go water his potato field. Old Song's wife said that shortly after her husband left, she heard him arguing with someone, so she rushed out and found it was her husband and his younger brother quarreling.

　　According to Old Song's wife, at the time, Old Song was very angry and said, "You just farm your own land, stop encroaching on mine."

　　The younger brother, Song, also angrily said, "You bring people, I'll bring an excavator, let's see who's tougher." After saying that, the younger brother drove his excavator and pushed over his brother's motorcycle parked by the roadside.

　　Seeing his vehicle pushed over, Old Song, in a rage, picked up a hoe and smashed the window glass of his brother's excavator, shattering the glass all over the ground. "Then, the younger brother operated the excavator and used the bucket to swing at my husband's head from side to side. 　　Construction machinery buries people alive

　　On November 15, 2013, at the entrance of the Dijiao Flower, Bird and Pet World in Jiang'an District, Wuhan, three dump trucks were preparing to dump soil to block the gate. A security guard stepped forward to stop them but was buried by the dumped soil.

　　On the morning of March 5, 2010, in Maodian Village, Wuhu Farm, Huangpi District, Wuhan, a group of men drove an excavator to dig a trench in front of villager Chen Xiao's house. Chen Xiao's elderly mother in her seventies stepped forward to stop them. During the struggle, a man hit the old woman on the back of the head with a wooden stick, and she immediately fell into the trench. When the old woman fell into the trench, an excavator nearby had already scooped up soil and dumped it on her, burying her alive before their eyes. When her family dug her out after half an hour and rescued her, she was sent to the hospital but died despite emergency treatment.
