The reporter recently learned that the 2014 4th Beijing International Wooden Structure Building and Decorative Supporting Facilities Exhibition, jointly organized by the China National Forest Products Industry Association, the China Building Decoration Association, Beijing Haishu Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd., and Beijing Weishijiahe Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd., will be grandly held from March 28 to 30 at the National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing and its front plaza. The exhibition area is expected to reach 32,000 square meters, with 300 companies participating. The exhibition will feature two major zones: indoor and outdoor. Compared with previous editions, this exhibition will invite more authoritative institutions to join, and countries such as the United States, Japan, Finland, Canada, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark will organize delegations to participate in the exhibition in China through industry organizations.

At the same time, in order to enhance the design capabilities of wooden structure building enterprises and related research institutes, cultivate innovative design thinking, gather excellent design proposals for wooden structure buildings, and comprehensively build an integrated industrial chain development of production, learning, research, and sales in the wooden structure industry, the China National Forest Products Industry Association, Nanjing Forestry University, Beijing Haishu Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd., and other units jointly held the 2nd China Wooden Structure Building Design Competition. The competition was exclusively titled by Daxing'anling Shenzhou Beiji Wood Industry Co., Ltd., and the award ceremony will be held concurrently with the exhibition.
