At this beautiful moment full of unity, harmony and development, we jointly welcome Jingong's 2014 Business Annual Meeting. As a representative of dealers, I feel very honored to stand here and extend warm congratulations on the convening of the annual meeting.

    Looking back at 2013, China's construction machinery industry encountered unprecedented challenges: market demand declined, funding pressure continued to rise, and collection and financial risks kept increasing. At such a special historical moment, Ningbo Jingong, adhering to its presence in Hangzhou in 2013, entered an important period of regional strategic expansion. In May, the Jiangshan office was established and began normal operations. In October, the Jiaxing office successfully selected its site and is now actively preparing.

    Tracing back to 2013, under the guidance of the marketing approach of promoting sales through service, Ningbo Jingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. made even greater efforts to improve its customer service system, build a customer service network, and strive to build more complete and comprehensive support services for Jingong after-sales. Over the past year, by continuously improving the operating capacity of outlets, we built a new competitiveness for Ningbo Jingong, improved the company's management and control capabilities, and leveraged economies of scale. With Ningbo as a key pilot region, we implemented formula-based service management, optimized processes, and formed a better sales and service management approach, improving management standards. At present, this management approach has penetrated throughout Ningbo Jingong.

    As a Jingong dealer, a dealer's growth is the result of long-term cultivation by the OEM. Apart from customers, those who influence us most are naturally the employees of our respected Jingong OEM. In 2013, they helped us solve one technical problem after another, imparted professional business knowledge, actively cooperated, and worked with us to complete pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services time and again, escorting our business development. Once again, on behalf of the dealers, I express my deep gratitude.

    Time flies and waits for no one. 2014 is a year full of challenges and changes. In learning, there is a sequence of order; in skills, there are specialized fields. We firmly believe that as long as all employees give full play to their professional strengths, unite as one, and with a broader vision and more persistent efforts strengthen responsibility, we will surely build a better blueprint for Jingong.
