火车站站前广场项目总投资2.4亿元，与火车站、长途汽车站、公交车站共同构成了德阳城北片区的交通枢纽；旌江快速干线总投资7.02亿元，双向四车道，设计速度为80公里/时，建成后将成为德阳与成都之间重要的城市大道，带动沿线经济社会发展。
此外，还有总投资2.5亿元的旌南大厦，集中了广播电视、办公、展览和剧场演出功能，将大大改善德阳演艺中心的硬件设施条件；恒山路廉租房（三期）项目共142套住房和2套物管用房交付使用，正进行后期装修、发放。
