1. The bidder shall be registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and have independent legal personality. 2. Qualification requirements: The bidder must have Grade I professional contracting qualification for foundation and foundation engineering, or Grade I or above general contracting qualification for building construction engineering. 3. The bidder must have a valid safety production license. 4. Project manager requirements: The project manager must hold a Grade I registered constructor certificate in building engineering or municipal public engineering, a safety production assessment certificate for project leaders of construction enterprises (both certificates within validity period), an intermediate or above technical title certificate, and must not serve as project manager for any other ongoing construction project. Provide social insurance proof from the unit for the past six months. In the past three years, must have at least one similar project performance (similar project refers to: pile foundation construction performance with a contract amount of not less than 10 million yuan). 5. Technical director: Must have an intermediate or above technical title in building engineering, and in the past three years must have undertaken at least one similar project performance as technical director (similar project refers to: pile foundation construction performance with a contract amount of not less than 10 million yuan). 6. Bidders from outside the province shall complete the registration procedures for entering Yunnan. The project manager, technical director, quality inspector, and safety officer proposed by out-of-province bidders must be personnel who have completed the registration for entering Yunnan. 7. Not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen, or bankrupt. No adverse records published by construction administrative departments in the past 3 years. 8. Enterprise performance requirements: In the past three years (2010 to present), at least 3 similar project performances (pile foundation construction performance with a contract amount of not less than 10 million yuan). 9. Provide audited financial statements and audit reports for the past three years (2010-2012). 10. This project does not accept consortium bids. | ||
