All employees of the company cultivate the values of "creating high quality, enjoying a new life," continuously driving product improvement and steadily enhancing product quality. From March to July 2010, the company commissioned the Construction Machinery Branch of the China Association for Quality and the National Construction Machinery Equipment User Committee to conduct a nationwide user satisfaction evaluation survey of the company's road rollers. The survey results covered aspects including user satisfaction levels, product manufacturing quality, product performance, product reliability, product safety and service quality. The respondents were end users of the factory and, as direct users of its products, had a relatively objective and thorough understanding of product quality, service systems and other characteristics. The survey results showed that indicators such as the overall product quality, service quality, brand image, functional adaptability and product reliability of Luoyang-brand road rollers were unanimously recognized by users, with high overall product satisfaction.
