据了解，“2013年中国企业自主创新TOP100评价发布暨第四届中国企业自主创新高峰论坛”，由国务院发展研究中心指导、批准，中国企业评价协会主办。其宗旨为贯彻建设创新型国家的精神，深入总结我国企业自主创新的经验与成果，研究企业自主创新的规律与特点。此前，中国企业评价协会分别于2008年、2010年和2012年在全国范围内组织开展了 “中国企业自主创新TOP100评价”工作，发布了“中国企业自主创新TOP100”评价结果并出版了 《中国企业自主创新评价报告》。
