The TZ-400 jack-up drilling platform is suitable for offshore oil and gas exploration and development operations, with a maximum operating water depth of 122 meters and a drilling depth of 9,000 meters. It will have functions such as ultra-deep well, cluster well, horizontal drilling, cementing, and auxiliary well testing, and will represent the advanced level of today's domestic and even international offshore oil drilling platforms. It is reported that the first unit will be delivered in 2015.
