卡特彼勒表示，经销商“电力系统”的销售额在过去三个月中下降了5%。较10月底统计的下降9%有所好转。
具体来说，北美地区的销售额降低2%，亚太地区降低24%，拉丁美洲降低8%，欧洲、中东和非洲共降低了16%。
事实上，从2013年开始，卡特彼勒的销售额增长就一直不理想，销售额已经连续一年下降。这或许意味着，全球经济增长可能没有市场预期得那么好。
