       (1) The construction of formwork and supports, reinforcement, and concrete shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current concrete construction quality acceptance standards and design requirements.

(2) Before the caisson is sunk, protective and environmental protection measures shall be formulated for the affected areas such as nearby levees and buildings in accordance with design requirements, and an observation system shall be established during the sinking process.

(3) The concrete of the first section of the caisson must reach the design strength, and each section above it must reach 70% of the design strength before sinking can begin.

(4) After the caisson is sunk to the design elevation, the geological conditions of the foundation base shall comply with design requirements. If the geological conditions of the foundation base do not conform to the design, it shall be promptly reported to the design unit for verification.

(5) The height from the cleaned foundation base to the bottom of the partition wall, the exposed height of the sloped surface of the cutting edge, and the effective area shall comply with design requirements.

(6) In soft soil, after the caisson reaches the design elevation and the foundation is cleaned, settlement observation shall be carried out, and bottom sealing may proceed only when the cumulative settlement within 8 hours is less than 10 mm.

(7) Water may be pumped and filling may be carried out only after the bottom-sealing concrete reaches the design strength. The filling shall comply with design requirements.
