According to Yao Yurong, deputy general manager of BAUER Tianjin, the company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant on May 31 last year. After a year of construction, the first phase of the 31,000-square-meter construction project has been fully completed and put into production, with a total investment of 220 million yuan, a land use area of about 96 mu, and a planned building area of about 51,000 square meters. The reserved second-phase office building construction project of more than 3,000 square meters will be carried out later. The design standards of the new plant fully follow those of the German headquarters, providing a guarantee for safe production. The company is mainly engaged in the assembly and after-sales service of various types of rotary drilling rigs. In order to further improve capacity and expand output, the company invested in the construction of a new plant renovation project in the Tianjin Xiqing Automobile Industrial Zone.

　　After the new factory is completed, the company's annual production capacity will increase threefold compared with last year, breaking the previous traditional production model based on small groups and implementing a "lean production" model. Skilled workers take responsibility for their own positions, and while ensuring product quality, production speed has increased significantly and production efficiency has grown rapidly. This year, the company expects to achieve sales revenue of 300 million yuan. After the project reaches full capacity, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 1.1 billion yuan and pay taxes of 26 million yuan.

After three relocations and renovations, the company finally settled in Zhongbei Town.
