This year is the first year that Doosan Infracore (China) has released a corporate social responsibility report, and also a year of abundant harvest for Doosan's corporate social responsibility undertakings. In the "Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility" compiled and released in November by the Corporate Social Responsibility Research Center of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Doosan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. ranked second among 29 sample enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry in the CSR development index, second only to China Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd., with a score of 66.4, far exceeding Komatsu (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (22.1), Sany Group Co., Ltd. (10.3), and Caterpillar (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (8.1). In addition, Doosan Infracore (China)'s outstanding CSR cases were respectively included in the White Paper on Corporate Social Responsibility of Korean Enterprises in China to be published by the China-Korea Chamber of Commerce, the "Model CSR Cases of Korean Enterprises in China (Chinese Version, Revised)" of the Consulate General in Shanghai, and the outstanding CSR cases of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment under the Ministry of Commerce.

    In order to continuously consolidate internal strength and improve CSR professionalism, the CSR department of Doosan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. actively participated in various external relevant trainings, such as the "Sharing Responsibility—China Corporate Social Responsibility Public Lecture" hosted by the Corporate Social Responsibility Research Center of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the "2013 CSR Forum of Korean Enterprises in China" hosted by the China-Korea Chamber of Commerce. At the same time, two internal CSR representative meetings for various departments were held successively, covering multiple modules such as CSR knowledge explanation, interpretation of the Doosan Group CSR strategic system, and key points of report writing, which effectively improved everyone's understanding and awareness of CSR and promoted the development of CSR work.

    Doosan Group also attaches great importance to CSR undertakings at the group level. To improve employees' understanding of CSR, the Korean headquarters specially produced a CSR lecture. It is believed that through continuous learning and efforts of all employees, Doosan's CSR undertakings will surely advance further and ultimately make sustainable contributions to "achieving a Doosan that the whole world is proud of."
