王瑞祥表示，2013年中国装备业市场依然低迷，1~9月装备业全行业增加值增速为9.9%，高于全国工业平均增速0.3个百分点;主营业务收入完成14.5万亿元，同比增长12.6%;实现利润9243亿元，同比增长13.39%；外贸出口2745亿美元，同比增长4.11%，累计实现顺差537亿美元。
王瑞祥表示，2013年，装备行业中有58%的机械产品品种产量实现增长。
