1）承台周边至边桩的净距不宜小于200mm；
2）承台厚度不宜小于350mm；
3）桩顶嵌入承台内长度应为50-100mm；当桩承受拉力或有特殊要求时，应在桩顶四角增设锚固筋，伸入承台内的锚固长度应满足钢筋锚固要求；
4）压桩孔内应采用C30微膨胀早强混凝土浇筑密实；
5）当原基础厚度小于350mm时，封桩孔应用2φ16钢筋交叉焊接于锚杆上，并应在浇注压桩孔混凝土的同时，在桩孔顶面以上浇注桩帽，厚度不得小于150mm。
