该工程位于天津港东疆港区西部，是进出保税港区的门户。主要建设内容为封关大门、市政管线、监控用房及绿化。其中，新建封关大门为双向22车道；市政管线切改及门区绿化；封关大门东西两侧设置海关监控办公用房，采用钢筋混凝土框架形式，总建筑面积1450平方米。
该工程建成后将进一步促进通关货物在有效监管下的便捷流转，进一步提升东疆保税港区通关能力和内外形象。
