On November 27, 2013, complete sets of equipment including 9 SD32 bulldozers and motor graders contracted between Shantui and the Traffic Command of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force departed from Jining, Shandong. The Armed Police Traffic Force is one of the specialized armed forces of the Armed Police, mainly undertaking the "dual tasks" of emergency repair and rapid construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, ports and other transportation facilities damaged by natural disasters, terrorist attacks, wars and other factors, and maintaining social stability and handling emergencies. It is an important part of the national emergency rescue force system. Shantui has always maintained a good cooperative relationship with the Traffic Command of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force. According to the evaluation of the Command, Shantui equipment has very stable product quality and performance, and is light and flexible to operate, making it an ideal machine for earth and stone engineering operations.

This order marks another contribution by Shantui to national defense construction and further consolidates its cooperative relationship with the Armed Police Traffic Force.
