Liugong Corporation Receives RMB 3 Million Special Support Fund from MIIT

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) recently issued the 2013 Special Fund Support Plan for Internet of Things Development. Liugong Corporation was included on the list, and its “Construction Machinery Product Remote Management and Service System” project was selected, receiving RMB 3 million in special national support funds. The project is a product informatization application project, requiring research and development of intelligent control systems on construction machinery products. Through microcomputer control systems and control strategies, key data is collected, and IoT technology is used to achieve real-time collection of product operating condition data, smooth transmission and effective storage of massive operating condition data. On this basis, a product after-sales service management system will be built to enable remote monitoring, management and service of the operating conditions of after-sales products, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of Liugong products. It is reported that a total of 2 projects in Guangxi were included in the national plan this year; the other project is the "Public Travel Information Platform" of the Guangxi Transportation Research Institute.
