中国建材流通协会常务副会长秦占学表示，10月B H I在前面连续八个月逐步走高的情况下，再创年内新高，比较出乎我们的预料。
数据显示，10月份的BH I分项指数中的经理人信心指数较之前产生了巨大幅度的下滑，环比下降高达90.35点，为99.64点，而9月份的该经理人信心指数为189.99点。
对于建材景气指数的意外上扬与经理人信心指数的提前下滑，秦占学表示，这种背离一定程度上意味着当前房地产市场的不确定性。
