Wang Xinning pointed out that the equipment manufacturing industry is a foundational, pillar and strategic industry that provides technical equipment for all sectors of the national economy, and is also one of the important indicators of a region's economic strength and competitiveness. At present, Zaozhuang's equipment manufacturing industry has a large overall number of enterprises, but individual enterprises are small in scale and lack true leading enterprises; therefore, establishing an equipment manufacturing industry association is of great practical significance. He expressed the hope that member units will unify their thinking and fully understand the importance of establishing the association. In the future, the city's equipment manufacturing industry association should give full play to its role as a bridge and bond, take the initiative, fully perform its duties, pursue standardized development, actively serve Zaozhuang's equipment manufacturing industry, and contribute to promoting the sustainable development of the city's equipment manufacturing industry.
