刚果(布)财政金融部配楼工程建筑面积为9840平米。该项工程是北京住总继承揽人权司法、外交部项目之后，又一个承揽的政府大部委行政楼项目。两项目的中标为北京住总扩大了影响力、促进了公司的持续发展。
目前，北京住总刚果(布)子公司正积极与大工委相关人员商谈办理开工令以及EPC总承包合同的起草事宜，同时已开始筹划开工前的准备工作。
