据了解，此次专项检查共抽查57个旗县区、183个项目，通过此次检查了解到各盟市对建筑节能的重视程度和工程质量正在逐年提高；工程建设程序逐步规范，在项目实施过程中逐步形成了筹资渠道多元化的模式。检查中发现的问题主要有：节能改造设计图纸质量参差不齐；施工现场监管不到位；工程材料和施工质量通病仍然存在；不少盟市节能改造项目地方配套资金未能落实，直接影响改造任务的按时完成和工程质量保证。针对检查中发现的问题，各检查组在检查中就地下发了19份建筑节能工程监督检查执法建议书，各盟市正在按照检查组要求完成整改任务，并陆续将整改完成情况上报住建厅，住建厅将组织进行复查，以确保整改落实到位。
