Product Overview

The SDJ series plastic drain board pile drivers are available in two support configurations: gantry type and three-point support type. The chassis traveling mechanisms come in three types: rail-mounted, crawler-mounted, and hydraulic walking type. Among them, the rail-mounted drain board driver is used for softer ground, the crawler-mounted type for harder ground with flexible and convenient relocation, and the hydraulic walking type offers stable travel with a platform capable of 180-degree rotation in both directions. The mast adopts a well-frame structure for high strength and stable performance. Depending on the user's required exciting force, the power system generally uses a vibratory hammer of DZ-40Y or smaller to drive the insertion tube into the hole to complete the construction operation.
