Product Overview

The SJ series deep mixing pile machine uses a drive mixing power head to rotate and forcibly mix soft clay or sand layers deep in the ground with cement and other curing agents, causing the soft soil and cement to undergo a chemical reaction and harden and modify. The strength of the modified soft soil is greatly higher than its natural strength, and its compressibility and permeability are greatly reduced compared with natural soft soil. After the cement-soil mass is formed, it can increase the bearing capacity of the foundation, reduce settlement, have no impact on existing buildings, reduce a large amount of earthwork, and improve economic benefits.
