Product Overview

The ZJL series crawler-type long spiral drilling machine consists of two parts: an electric crawler-type multifunctional pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame adopts an electric crawler-type traveling mechanism, featuring a high degree of automation, capable of 180-degree forward and reverse rotation, rapid relocation, and flexible site transfer. The drilling system includes a power head and drilling tools. The output shaft of the power head and the spiral drilling tool are hollow. The pile driver adopts long spiral hole formation and can pump concrete or mud through the central pipe of the drill rod for CFG pile construction, that is, drilling and pile formation are completed in one machine in a single operation. When using this machine for bored cast-in-place pile operations, it has high hole sinking efficiency and good pile quality. Its effect in penetrating gravel layers is far greater than that of the hammer driving method, and it also effectively avoids the adverse effects of foundation compression caused by hammering and vibratory pile driving, which may endanger nearby buildings.
