Product Overview

The ZJB series walking-type long auger drilling rig consists of two parts: a hydraulic walking-type multifunctional pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame adopts a hydraulic walking-type traveling mechanism with a high degree of automation and can rotate 180 degrees in both directions. Four hydraulic outrigger cylinders and two traveling cylinders are provided at the bottom to assist traveling and rotation, while enhancing the overall stability of the machine during construction. The drilling system includes a power head and drilling tools. The output shaft of the power head and the auger drilling tool are of hollow type. The piling rig adopts long auger hole forming and can pump concrete or slurry through the central pipe of the drill rod for concrete CFG pile construction, that is, drilling and pile forming are completed in one pass by one machine. When this machine is used for bored cast-in-place pile operations, it features high hole-sinking efficiency and good pile-sinking quality. Its effect in penetrating gravel layers far exceeds that of the hammer-driven pile-sinking method, and it also effectively avoids the adverse effects of foundation compression caused by hammering and vibratory pile sinking, which may endanger nearby buildings.
