SZ80-35 Hydraulic Multifunctional Drilling Rig

     The SZ80-35 hydraulic multifunctional drilling rig consists of a hydraulic walking pile frame, dual power heads, hydraulic winches, and an electro-hydraulic control system. This product can be equipped with casing auger, continuous flight auger, down-the-hole hammer, multi-axis drill, deep mixing drill, hydraulic hammer, and other drilling tools to implement various construction methods such as cast-in-place piles, secant piles, CFG piles, and CFA piles. It is suitable for various soil layers, sand layers, gravel layers, and rock layers.

• The main machine uses an electric motor as the power source, with a total power of 440 kW; the power heads and winches are driven by independent motors.
• It adopts a hydraulic walking pile frame as the chassis, with a track shoe length of 11.5 m and width of 1.2 m, low ground pressure, and a three-point support mast for high stability.
• The power heads have high torque: the upper power head torque is 36 t·m, and the lower power head maximum torque is 60 t·m, providing strong adaptability to formations.
• Equipped with a pressurizing winch with a maximum capacity of 30 t.
• Equipped with a cleaning system: after the auger is lifted to form the hole, the bottom cleaning bucket is used to clean the hole bottom.
