SQ10 Fully Hydraulic Drilling Rig

The SQ10 fully hydraulic submersible drilling rig integrates new technologies and new processes of modern piling machinery. It can replace traditional engineering drilling rigs and submersible drilling rigs, and is a new generation of man-machine integrated construction equipment. The drilling rig has the following features:
• Fully hydraulic drive with constant-power load-sensing control;
• Centralized control in the cab, improving the working environment;
• Crawler chassis travel, mast leveling front/back and left/right for convenient use;
• Telescopic internally grouted sealed drill pipe, with a sealing structure between each layer of drill pipe, and a wire-rope sealing device connected at the top of the drill pipe to control the leakage of grout inside the drill pipe. This completely eliminates the drawback of long assembly/disassembly time of flange-connected drill pipes and can greatly improve drilling efficiency;
• Non-rotating telescopic drill pipe requires no additional connections, shortening auxiliary time and manpower;
• The power platform adopts an automatically leveling chassis, on which a hydraulic power station is designed to meet the power requirements of the hydraulic winch, hydraulic capstan, and hydraulic power head;
• Hydraulic submersible power head achieves high-speed power output with adjustable speed;
• Automatic drilling with automatic control of drilling speed, good verticality, and small diameter enlargement coefficient;
• With its technologically innovative features, the SQ drilling rig can be widely used in drilling construction for industrial and civil buildings.
