SH46-SC45 Hydraulic Milling and Mixing Drilling Rig

The hydraulic milling and mixing drilling rig combines the technical features of hydraulic trench cutters with deep mixing technology. Paired with the main machine independently developed by Jintai, it can complete mixing wall construction under complex geological conditions.

• Suitable for diaphragm walls, cutoff walls, and local foundation construction in complex strata such as high-content cobble layers, dense sand layers, and weathered rock;

• Cement slurry is injected from the bottom of the milling head and mixed with the soil and rock;

• When the mixing device descends, bentonite may or may not be used depending on the soil and rock characteristics; when it ascends, the soil and rock are mixed with the cement slurry;

• Milling and mixing are highly efficient, with wall construction efficiency of up to 25 m3/hour;

• The completed wall has high verticality; compared with the SMW method, the soil is mixed more uniformly, the wall is seamlessly connected, and waterproofing and earth-retaining performance are better.
