Product Introduction and Construction Process of Pile Master Chemical Slurry

I. Product Performance:

Pile Master polymer chemical slurry (high-efficiency anti-collapse wall-protecting agent) is a new product developed by our company. It is a water-soluble, easily mixed powdered granular polymer that fully dissolves in water to form a semi-transparent paste with high viscosity. The slurry settles impurities in the hole very quickly. When the drilling tool is drilling in the hole, the slurry always remains clear and transparent, and the surface of the drilling tool and drill pipe is clean. Due to the continuous movement of the drilling tool in the hole, the more uniformly the polymer slurry and water mix, the stronger the viscosity and the faster the cohesion. Even when the slurry returns to the slurry tank, there is no impurity precipitation. A thin, transparent paste-like protective layer forms around the hole wall. It is non-toxic and pollution-free. It is commonly used in pile foundation drilling and underground diaphragm wall and other foundation engineering construction. It has the characteristics of maintaining borehole stability; can be formulated into high-viscosity slurry; is easy to reuse; waste slurry is easily degraded and treated; high reuse rate; can improve the friction bearing capacity of pile foundations; and can improve the cohesion of drill cuttings to facilitate rapid removal of drill cuttings from the borehole.
