This model of cone leg is specially designed for trenchless rock drilling tools. Different cone tooth profiles can be selected according to the customer's specific engineering conditions, and customization is available.
Bearing
This series of drill bits adopts a floating-bearing metal-sealed structure suitable for high rotational speeds, and also uses a new type of synthetic lubricating grease to improve the bearing's operating environment, providing longer service life and higher reliability under mud-motor drilling conditions.
Design Features and Structure
1. The back of the leg is reinforced with hardfacing alloy to prevent excessive wear of the leg back caused by the rock mass during horizontal drilling.
2. In view of the fact that the leg tip is prone to wear during horizontal or directional construction, high-wear-resistant alloy material is hardfaced onto the leg tip and the entire edge of the leg back, giving it better protection and wear resistance, reducing bearing exposure and damage caused by premature wear of the leg tip, and extending the service life of the drilling tool.
