This model of roller cone bit leg is specially designed for non-excavation rock drilling tools. Different roller cone tooth profiles can be selected according to the customer's different engineering conditions, and customization is available.
Bearing
This series of drill bits adopts a floating bearing metal seal structure suitable for high rotational speeds, and simultaneously applies a new type of synthetic lubricating grease to improve the bearing working environment, providing longer service life and higher reliability under screw drilling conditions.
Design Features and Structure
1. Alloy reinforcement on the back of the leg prevents excessive wear of the leg back caused by rock mass during horizontal drilling.
2. In view of the characteristic that the leg tip is prone to wear during horizontal or directional construction, high wear-resistant alloy material is surfacing-welded on the leg tip and the entire edge of the leg back, giving it better protection and wear resistance, reducing bearing exposure and damage caused by premature wear of the leg tip, and improving the service life of the drilling tool.
