The high-density natural impregnated diamond coring bit is suitable for coring drilling in extremely hard and highly abrasive formations.

Fine-grained natural diamonds are impregnated in the matrix, and the matrix material with appropriate hardness always maintains a suitable wear rate throughout the drilling process, so that the exposure of diamonds is always kept in an optimal state, efficiently cutting the formation.

The rock-breaking mechanism of the impregnated diamond bit is grinding the formation rock. During drilling, a higher weight on bit and a faster rotation speed are required. Natural diamonds have poor thermal stability and are only suitable for liquid drilling; gas drilling will cause premature damage to the bit. This bit is more suitable for coring in hard formations.
