The YSZ11.1 mining measurement-while-drilling trajectory instrument is an intelligent device for real-time measurement-while-drilling detection of borehole trajectories. The instrument mainly consists of a non-magnetic drill pipe, a probe, and a mining smartphone. The probe is installed inside the non-magnetic drill pipe, and the two ends of the non-magnetic drill pipe are connected to the mine drill pipe and the drill bit respectively, enabling measurement of the borehole's spatial trajectory and drilling depth while drilling. The probe communicates with the mining smartphone via Bluetooth. When each borehole starts drilling, the attribute information of that borehole is acquired, and after drilling is completed and the drill is withdrawn, the data stored in the probe's memory is transmitted to the phone, where the terminal software displays the borehole's spatial trajectory and depth on site. Drilling depth can be measured either by counting rods as they are added using the phone terminal software, or automatically by the depth sensor built into the probe, without manual intervention, truly eliminating fake drilling and empty drilling.
