The three-cone bit is a high-reliability bit suitable for vertical and directional wells. While inheriting the superior bearing quality of conventional HJ series bits, this series adjusts the cutting structure, alloy tooth material, and steel tooth hardfacing material, enhancing the bit's adaptability to various complex formations.

Structural Features:

1. The bearing adopts a high-precision fit radial sliding bearing and two thrust bearings; the cone bearing surface is hardfaced with a hard alloy layer, and the roller bearing is inlaid with wear-resistant alloy and then silver-plated, improving load capacity and anti-seizure ability.

2. High-precision metal seal is used. The metal seal consists of a pair of carefully designed and processed metal seal rings as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing, and two high-elastic rubber energizing rings located in the seal areas of the cone and roller respectively as static seals. The optimized seal compression ensures that the sealing surfaces of the two metal rings always maintain good contact.

3. The roller is locked by steel balls, suitable for high rotational speeds.

4. A full-rubber oil reservoir bag that can limit pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system is used, providing good lubrication assurance for the bearing system.

5. A new type of grease resistant to 250°C high temperature and wear is used.

6. The insert bit uses high-strength, high-toughness carbide teeth. The optimized design of the number of rows, number of teeth, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape fully utilizes the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert bit. The tooth surface of the steel tooth bit is hardfaced with a new wear-resistant material, which improves the service life of the cutting teeth while maintaining the high mechanical drilling speed of the steel tooth bit.
