Guanwuyou

"Guanwuyou" — the IoT Cloud Platform for Over-grouting Management of Cast-in-place Piles — is a professional IoT cloud platform developed through three years of dedicated research in collaboration with the New Zealand National Engineering Academy, Tongji University, China University of Geosciences, and other institutions. It brings together experts in architectural design, geotechnical engineering, construction, IoT, and network communications, and focuses on solving over-grouting management issues in cast-in-place pile construction.

Currently, "Guanwuyou" is applied at hundreds of different construction sites by well-known domestic contractors such as China State Construction Engineering Corporation, China Railway Group, China Communications Construction Company, Shanghai Construction Group, Zhongyifeng, Zhiping Foundation, Shanghai Geological & Mineral Engineering, Jianyuan Construction, and Yonggu Foundation. Projects span pile foundation construction for building construction, municipal engineering, high-speed rail, and large bridges, adapting to various complex site environments.

The platform holds nearly twenty domestic and international patents and copyrights. It efficiently addresses common problems in cast-in-place pile grouting in foundation engineering, such as excessive over-grouting and uneven pile heads leading to concrete waste, low construction efficiency, and disputes with earthwork excavation contractors that affect project progress and cause penalties. It will accelerate the innovation and development of cast-in-place pile construction technology.
