Roller Cone Core Drill

Features:

*The core barrel is an annular cylinder without a bottom plate; the cutting tools are high-strength alloy roller cones, welded to the lower edge of the barrel.

*Annular cutting drilling method; during operation the cutting alloy teeth alternately contact the formation, resulting in low rock-breaking torque; the small contact area between the cutting teeth and the formation produces high pressure, making it easy to embed into the rock.

*During operation the cutting edges make point contact, improving crushing efficiency and reducing wear and loss.
