How to inspect steel material structures?
In modern construction, steel structures are an essential building component. For steel framework platforms, before installation, the materials need to be inspected to ensure installation quality and safety.
Inspection methods for steel structure materials:
1. Grade: Steel materials are mainly welded H-beams. In addition to meeting the requirements of relevant technical standards, necessary process performance tests are also required for second-hand steel temporary bridge installation.
2. Certificate: Steel materials should be accompanied by a quality certificate that meets the design document requirements. If there is any doubt about the quality of the steel, sampling inspection should be conducted, and the results should comply with national standards and design document requirements.
3. Surface quality: The depth of rust, pitting, or scratches on the steel surface shall not exceed half of the negative deviation value of the steel thickness; if there are lamination defects at the fracture, it should be studied and handled together with relevant units.
When inspecting steel structure materials, the steel trestle believes that relevant inspection and acceptance should be carried out according to the above three aspects, and installation and construction can only proceed after the materials meet the standards.

Ecological environmental protection measures throughout the entire construction process of steel temporary bridge installation
Steel trestle construction is a large project with many necessary tasks. Due to the large scope and many raw materials used, it is very easy to cause damage to the natural environment. Therefore, we must implement ecological environmental protection measures throughout the entire construction process of steel temporary bridge installation.
1. Maintain good drainage conditions at the construction site continuously in the construction area, clear drainage and slipform construction systems, integrate temporary drainage implementation with long-term drainage organically, and prevent soil erosion caused by rainwater scouring farmland and vegetation during rainy seasons. To avoid soil erosion, minimize damage and destruction to surrounding landscaping.
2. Protect original vegetation. For plants and trees within and outside the construction boundary specified in the contract, efforts must be made to preserve their original appearance. When cutting down forests or other economic plants, prior consent from users and owners must be obtained.

3. For soil subgrade slopes during excavation or filling, protective measures should be taken immediately. Immediately compact spoil and cover its surface with vegetation by planting grass, shrubs, or trees, which can both prevent soil erosion and purify the environment.
4. During construction, we will integrate with the terrain, carefully implement temporary drainage, and also carry out afforestation and tree planting along construction walkways, and conduct greening work in a planned manner.
5. Fuel, chemicals, and other materials shall not be stacked near civil deep water wells or rivers and lakes, and effective measures shall be taken to prevent rainwater from scouring into water bodies.
6. Machinery and vehicles entering and leaving the site shall ensure no sudden braking; control personnel and vehicles unrelated to construction to prevent or reduce noise.
