Steel Temporary Bridge LoadWhat are the overall installation methods for space frame engineering?

The overall installation method involves first assembling the space frame into a whole on the ground, and then using lifting equipment to hoist it as a whole to the design position and fix it. This construction method does not require tall assembly supports, involves less work at height, and easily ensures welding quality, but it requires lifting equipment with large lifting capacity and is technically more complex. Therefore, this method is more suitable for steel space frames with spherical nodes (especially space frames with many members such as three-way space frames).

According to the different equipment used, the overall installation method is further divided into the multi-machine lifting method, the derrick lifting method, the jack lifting method, and the jack-up method, etc. Multi-machine lifting method: This method is used for medium and small space frame structures with moderate height and weight. Derrick lifting method: For the installation of large steel pipe space frames with spherical nodes, China currently mostly uses the derrick lifting method. When using this method for construction, the space frame is first assembled in a staggered position on the ground, and then multiple single-pole derricks are used to lift the entire space frame above the column tops, shift it in the air, and lower it into position for installation.

Electric screw lifting method: The electric screw lifting method is similar to the lift-slab method. It uses the electric screw hoists used in lift-slab construction to lift the steel space frame assembled on the ground as a whole to the design elevation. The advantage of this method is that it does not require large lifting equipment and is simple to construct. If you have questions about the installation or fabrication of space frame structure engineering, consult an experienced steel structure engineering company.

Steel Temporary Bridge Load: Construction Techniques

The truss is welded from top and bottom chords, vertical members, and diagonal members. The ends of the top and bottom chords have male and female connectors, and the connectors have truss connection pin holes. The chords of the truss are composed of two No. 10 channel steels (back to back). On the bottom chord, several thick steel plates with round holes are welded. On the top and bottom chords, there are anchor bolt holes for connecting the lifting chords and the two layers of trusses. Inside the top chord, there are also four anchor bolt holes for connecting fixed supports; the middle two holes are for connecting single-row, double-row, or triple-row trusses at the same node position, and the two holes on the sides are for connecting at cross-node positions. When triple-row trusses are used as beams or columns, fixed support structures must be used to reinforce the joints of the left and right trusses.

On the bottom chord, four bearing beam pads are set up, with tenons on top for fixing the position of the bearing beams in the plan: on the round steel beam ends at the top of the bottom chord, two oval holes are also set up for connecting impact-resistant support rods. With the commencement of construction for various high-speed railways and railways, bridge foundations mainly adopt pile foundations and pile caps. Bridge foundation construction has also begun on a large scale, and many problems have been encountered during the basic construction process. These railway lines often pass through rivers, irrigation channels, low-lying ponds, and other environments. During construction, these areas are mostly deep water and deep foundation pits, and steel sheet pile cofferdams are often used for protection. Due to lack of construction and technical experience, Zaozhuang steel temporary bridge load, often
