Beijing Xizhimen Transportation Hub Project

       The main structures of the project are three office buildings with 18 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. Cast-in-place piles and post-grouting technology were adopted, with 866 piles, a pile diameter of φ800mm, and an effective pile length of 14.5m. After grouting, the bearing capacity of a single pile was increased by up to 120%.

Shenyang New World Project

The project is a comprehensive multi-functional convention and exhibition center integrating a conference and exhibition center, hotel, office buildings, shopping mall, and dining and entertainment facilities. The company undertook the pile foundation and post-grouting construction, with a contract value of 130 million yuan, including 2,902 compression piles with a length of 37.1m and 2,392 uplift piles with a length of 14.1m.

An Electronic Equipment Factory Building Project in Hefei, Anhui Province

 The project covers an area of about 600,000 m², with a building area of about 700,000 m², mainly consisting of six large-column-grid multi-story factory buildings and ancillary buildings. The company independently contracted the construction of pile foundations, ground treatment, foundation pit support, earthwork, etc., with a total of about 24,000 piles, constructed using the patented technology "Long spiral underwater cast-in-place pile construction process and equipment with post-inserted reinforcement cage".

Cast-in-place Piles and Post-Grouting for Beijing TV Center

The project consists of a comprehensive business building (main building, 258m high), a multi-functional broadcasting center (48m high), a living service center (52m high), and a purely underground part, with a total land area of about 26,100 m² and a total building area of 183,000 m². The company undertook the leveling design of the variable-stiffness foundation under the combined action of the ground, foundation, and superstructure, as well as the construction of foundation piles (compression piles and unbonded prestressed anti-floating piles). There are 1,112 foundation piles in total, with pile lengths of 25m to 33m and pile diameters of 600mm to 1000mm. The patented post-grouting technology for cast-in-place piles was adopted to increase the bearing capacity of a single pile by 100%, thereby halving the number of piles. The technology of post-inserting a reinforcement cage after pressure-grouted concrete was adopted to increase the bearing capacity of a single anti-floating pile by 10% to 20%. The entire project saved the owner a total of 9.6 million yuan.

Pile Foundation Project of China Central Place

     The project covers an area of 30 hectares and consists of 230,000 m² of intelligent office buildings, a 100,000 m² five-star hotel, a 160,000 m² international shopping mall, 200,000 m² of international apartments, and a 15-hectare sports theme park. The project adopts a shared foundation slab, with a designed foundation embedment depth of 18.00m. The company undertook the cast-in-place pile and post-grouting construction for office buildings No. 1 and No. 2, the ancillary commercial buildings, and the purely underground garage. After optimizing the pile foundation using the post-grouting technology for cast-in-place piles and optimizing the slab thickness using interaction analysis, a total of more than 13 million yuan was saved.
