The project consists of four high-rise buildings on a common large podium, with 25 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, using a raft foundation. CFG pile composite foundation was adopted, designed based on deformation control, with a final settlement of 40mm.
The project consists of six apartment buildings and an underground garage, with 32 to 35 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, using a box foundation. CFG pile composite foundation was adopted, with pile lengths of 16.2 to 20m.

The Beijing Vanke Beiqijia project is located in Changping District, Beijing. The support system adopted soil nail walls and cantilever pile support schemes, and open pumping was used to handle perched water. Since the anti-floating capacity of the sunken courtyard areas on the north and south sides of each main building could not meet the requirements, uplift piles were arranged in local areas to satisfy the anti-floating requirements.
The project is located in Tongzhou District, Beijing. CFG pile composite foundation was used for the main buildings, and anti-uplift anchors were adopted for the anti-floating design of the garage. The project is characterized by the successful completion of quality control for CFG pile composite foundation construction in winter and the installation process of anti-floating anchors, with a contract amount of 13.93 million yuan.
The total soft ground improvement area is 149,000 m², treating disturbed silt layers with a thickness of 7m to 10m. After vacuum combined surcharge preloading, the bearing capacity of the foundation reached 100kPa, and the degree of consolidation of the silt layer reached 85%.
The total land area of the project is about 700,000 m². The construction site was formed by large-scale filling of wetlands and fish ponds. Overall dynamic compaction was adopted for the entire site, with gravel piles and CFG piles for local low-rise buildings, and pile foundations for buildings with more floors and larger loads.
The site consists of severely liquefiable, loose saturated dredged silty fine sand layers and highly compressible, high water content, high void ratio, and very thick silt layers. The ground improvement adopted a comprehensive method of vacuum combined surcharge preloading plus surface dynamic compaction, with a treatment area of about 320,000 m², divided into 14 zones. After treatment, the characteristic value of the surface foundation bearing capacity is not less than 150kPa.
