On January 31, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Zhongguancun Yongfeng Industrial Base • Core Domain Project was held at the Yongfeng Industrial Base in Xibeiwang Town, Haidian District.

Ma Guanghua, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Haikai Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., and Mu Lianghui, Deputy General Manager; Yan Jun, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Zhang Hao, Secretary of the Fourth Architectural Design Institute, Yue Guang, Project Manager, and Sun Sheng, Chief Project Director, attended the project groundbreaking and foundation-laying ceremony, jointly witnessing this milestone moment for the Zhongguancun Yongfeng Industrial Base • Core Domain Project.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Yan Jun, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, delivered a speech on behalf of the design unit. He stated that all parties involved in the project will advance the project construction with high standards and high efficiency, create a high-quality park oriented toward scientific and technological innovation services, and strive to build the project into a new high ground for the concentration of high-precision and advanced industries.
