Full Rotary Drilling Rig JSP170H
JSP170H
The full rotary drilling rig is a new, efficient, and environmentally friendly pile construction machine that integrates full hydraulic power and transmission with electromechanical-hydraulic control. It offers extremely high vertical precision and can smoothly perform construction of cast-in-place piles, replacement piles, diaphragm walls, and removal of underground obstacles such as old piles in various complex geological environments, with advantages unmatched by other drilling rigs. Currently, full rotary drilling rigs are widely used in urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining secant piles, removal of abandoned piles (underground obstacles), high-speed railways, road and bridge construction, large and high-rise building construction, reservoir and dam reinforcement, and other fields.
The full casing construction method, also known as the "Benoto" method (BUROTO), is a cast-in-place concrete construction method first adopted by France in the early 1950s. It gradually developed in Europe in the early 1960s and then in Japan. Currently, many countries around the world have adopted this construction method.
In July 2003, a serious collapse accident occurred on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4. An important part of the repair project was to cut and remove reinforced concrete and other objects of the already-built tunnel located 40 meters underground. For this purpose, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. introduced the full rotary drilling method in August 2003 from the Japanese manufacturer of full rotary drilling rigs, Nippon Sharyo. The first cross-section construction was completed in September, fully meeting the expected requirements. This was the first use of a full casing full rotary drilling rig in China. With the rapid development of China's economy, the full rotary drilling method has now become a new, environmentally friendly, and efficient drilling technology, widely used in urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining secant piles, removal of abandoned piles (underground obstacles), high-speed railway, road and bridge, and urban construction pile projects, reservoir and dam reinforcement, and other projects. In recent years, as urban buildings become larger and taller, it is required to reliably construct foundations on deep bearing strata under all foundation conditions, while minimizing public hazards and achieving high strength, high safety, and high precision. The full rotary construction method well meets these requirements. Therefore, it is currently recognized by most countries in the world as a construction method that can "solve difficult problems."
No noise, no vibration, high safety performance;
No mud is used, the working surface is clean, and the possibility of mud entering the concrete can be avoided. The pile quality is high, which helps improve the bond strength of concrete to reinforcement;
When operating the drilling rig, the formation and rock characteristics can be judged very intuitively;
Fast drilling speed, for general soil layers, it can reach about 14m/h;
Large drilling depth, depending on soil conditions, the maximum depth can reach about 80m;
