The XCMG horizontal directional drill XZ6600 crossing the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal project aims to support the integrated water supply in Pizhou City. The crossing by the XCMG horizontal directional drill connects the north and south areas of the canal, ensuring the safety of regional water supply in Pizhou City.


　　The directional drilling crossing of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is constructed using a one-time crossing method throughout. The XCMG XZ6600 faces a crossing length of 2056 meters, with the steel pipe crossing through four layers of sandy ginger clay. The planned total construction period is 100 days.
