Shanghai Releases the "Whitelist" (Second Batch) for Resumption of Work and Production at Major Construction Project Sites!
To further advance the safe and orderly resumption of work and production at the city's major projects, and in accordance with the principles of "prioritizing stability, clarifying responsibilities, advancing in batches, and rolling updates," the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Shanghai Municipal Major Projects Office), together with the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, released the "Whitelist" (Second Batch) for Resumption of Work and Production at Major Construction Project Sites in Shanghai. The list involves 27 projects in total, covering areas such as advanced manufacturing, medical and health care, ecological and environmental protection, transportation, and energy security.
