Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Holds Deployment Meeting on Urban Real Estate Financing Coordination Mechanism
On the morning of January 26, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a deployment meeting on the urban real estate financing coordination mechanism. Ni Hong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry, attended the meeting and emphasized the need to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of the urban real estate financing coordination mechanism, support the development and construction of real estate projects, meet the reasonable financing needs of real estate enterprises under all ownership types without discrimination, and promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate market. Jiang Wanrong, Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, presided over the meeting.
