It is understood that Binhai Interchange is located in the central urban area of Haikou. The project starts on the north side of Binhai Interchange and ends at the at-grade section on the north side of Nanda Bridge, with a total length of approximately 1.23 km. The scope of this reconstruction extends westward to the Yusha Road intersection and eastward to the Taihua Road intersection.
